Last week Jay decided that he needed to do some push ups. Avery thought she should help her daddy get buff! To Jay's credit, he did a lot of push ups with her on his back, I was impressed. But he definitely was worn out before she was.

And.....he's done!
Avery is done too.
Shortly after we put Avery to bed and Jay hit the couch for the rest of the evening.
